Please be advised that the Helpdesk and ATIN are also affected by the ongoing UVLE (University Virtual Learning Environment) downtime, both the Helpdesk and ATIN portals are temporarily inaccessible.

Ticket Submissions & Inquiries: You will not be able to log in, submit new tickets, or access existing inquiries on these platforms during this time.

Resolution: Technical teams are actively working to restore UVLE services, Helpdesk and ATIN.
