OUR SCHEDULE for 2023 BAR Exams
Please be advised that the Office of the University Registrar (OUR) will be on a Work-From-Home arrangement on September 15, 19, and 20, 2023 due to the 2023 BAR Exams.
During the said dates, the OUR can only be reached via email.

ATTENTION: TRANSCRIPTS SECTION VALUED CLIENTS
The OUR-Transcripts Section has launched UP ATIN last 04 September, 2023. This is a new online application system for requesting Transcript of Records and other related documents (e.g. Certificate of Graduation, Diploma Translation, English as a Medium of Instruction, Course Descriptions, Certification, Authentication & Verification (CAV), Certified True Copy of Documents).
Walk- in applicants can access the UP ATIN website using our Kiosk located at the 2nd floor OUR-Transcript Section. While we accommodate walk-ins, we encourage our clients requesting for documents to apply online through https://atin.upd.edu.ph/ .
The new system provides notifications on the progress /status of your request and provides real-time tracking.
