ADVISORY: WORK ARRANGEMENT IN THE OFFICE OF THE UNIVERSITY REGISTRAR (OUR)

In light of the announcement of the national government placing Metro Manila under the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ), starting August 6 to 20, 2021, please be informed that the Office of the University Registrar (OUR) will continue its operation but with a SKELETON WORK FORCE. During this period, most OUR personnel will be working on a WORK-FROM-HOME arrangement.

Face-to-face transaction is still not allowed, and documents pickup is temporarily suspended until further notice.

Deadline of dropping and LOA filing for Second Semester 2019-2020

Per OVPAA Memo 2021-19 issued in February 2021, on “Suspended Academic Rules”For the 2nd semester AY 2020-2021, only the rule on the regular course load of students is suspended.

Thus, please be advised of the following deadlines for 2nd semester AY 2020-2021:

  • Deadline for dropping — 11 June 2021 (Friday)
  • Deadline for filing LOA — 11 June 2021 (Friday)
